Do you want a central role where you contribute to a reliable and efficient production? We are now looking for an engaged buyer for our client's maintenance organization.

As a buyer, you play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare parts, services, and technical support required for the business to operate efficiently. You work closely with suppliers as well as internal functions such as maintenance, production engineering, and production to coordinate purchasing and sourcing activities.

The role combines operational purchasing with long-term work on spare parts strategies and inventory optimization. You will also handle daily delivery issues and contribute to minimizing disruptions and downtime in production.

• Responsible for purchasing spare parts, services, and other resources supporting the maintenance organization
• Coordinate and drive purchasing and sourcing activities together with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Structure, organize, and optimize the spare parts inventory
• Conduct inventories and audits to ensure correct stock levels
• Handle delivery issues and ensure availability of critical spare parts
• Contribute to the development of long-term spare parts strategies and improvement work

You are a curious and driven person who thrives working both operationally and strategically. You have an easy time building relationships, communicating with various stakeholders, and finding solutions to complex challenges. Furthermore, you are structured, analytical, and take strong personal responsibility.

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with different functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in operational purchasing
• Experience from maintenance operations or manufacturing industry
