Build businesses from the start – and help establish Renoa's plumbing initiative in Dalarna

Renoa is taking its next step in Sweden by building a new business area within plumbing (VVS). We are now looking for a business-driven salesperson who is motivated by activity, closing deals, and a clear commission-based compensation model – and who wants to help capture the market in Dalarna from the very beginning.

We already have strong customer trust within relining, and we are bringing the same customer focus, quality, and entrepreneurial spirit into the plumbing sector. The Role – Sales, Market, and Growth in Practice

As a Plumbing Salesperson, you are responsible for creating business through high activity, strong customer presence, and clear closing ability. You work with both incoming leads and your own prospecting, book meetings, drive customer dialogue forward, and convert needs into concrete deals. This role suits you if you thrive when results reflect your own effort and where every customer contact is an opportunity to build trust, influence, and close deals.

You will primarily:

  • Build and develop your own customer pipeline through proactive sales, networking, and structured follow-up

  • Process incoming leads quickly, professionally, and with a clear business focus

  • Conduct customer visits, needs analyses, and technical walkthroughs in residential settings

  • Present solutions, handle objections, and drive deals to closure

  • Work systematically in CRM, follow up on activities, and contribute to clear sales forecasting

  • Contribute with market insights, customer feedback, and local business opportunities that strengthen our establishment in Dalarna

We are looking for a sales profile with high drive, a strong competitive spirit, and the ability to close deals

  • Has strong personal drive and is motivated by seeing performance reflected directly in both results and compensation

  • Is goal-oriented, competitive, and thrives in a commission-based model where high activity leads to higher earning potential

  • Takes initiative, dares to contact new customers, and creates business opportunities even when the market requires active processing

  • Builds trust quickly, listens to customer needs, and guides conversations toward decisions in a secure and business-like manner

  • Is resilient, structured, and follows up consistently until the deal is won or the next step is clear

  • Has experience in field sales, direct sales, B2C sales, or other performance-driven sales – preferably targeting homeowners

  • Has a technical interest, a valid driver's license (Category B), and good Swedish language skills in speech and writing. Experience with CRM and quotation work is a plus
