As a Kiosk Attendant at Leksand Resort, everything revolves around offering fantastic service, always with a smile and a great attitude. Our kiosks offer everything from a fast-paced grill kiosk with burgers and fries to cozy spots with slush, candy, and ice cream – each kiosk with its own charm and selection. At us, no two days are alike. You spread joy, keep the pace up, and inspire guests to discover more of our products through natural upselling.

Main Responsibilities

• Cash handling
• Stocking shelves and keeping the kiosk well-stocked and inviting
• Simple food preparation and cooking
• Upselling
• Cleaning, tidying, and dishwashing

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are passionate about customer service and always greet guests with a smile. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are efficient, and are not afraid to jump in when needed. Inspiring guests to discover more of our products comes naturally to you; you see upselling as a way to create added value and provide an even better experience. You are flexible and unpretentious, a team player who helps out where needed and contributes to a great atmosphere in the team. Since the role involves a lot of guest contact, you must speak fluent Swedish and English. Previous experience from a kiosk is an advantage.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours vary according to the kiosks' opening hours, so work takes place during the day, evening, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position at 30-50%. Salary and other terms according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet.

About Us

Leksand Resort's five-star family campsite is located among pines in a lush tranquility right next to Lake Siljan, next to Leksand Summerland. We offer accommodations ranging from tents to luxury cottages. At Leksand Resort, there are plenty of fun activities for the whole family, restaurants, kiosks, a shop, and relaxing downtime with attractions around the corner. On a night in July, we host up to 4,000 overnight guests during the peak summer season.

Leksand Resort is part of Leksand Resort AB, a leading company within Dalarna's tourism industry. With us, you will also find the amusement park Leksand Summerland and the restaurant and catering business Mat vid Siljan. Since 2022, we have been part of First Camp – Scandinavia's largest camping group.
