To our store in Vansbro, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At our store, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 20%, and weekly working hours may vary.

The position starts in August.

In your role as a salesperson with us

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and until after closing time.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have completed upper secondary or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, service roles, and/or food and beverage.
