For our client, a world-leading company in machinery rental, we are seeking an engaged inside sales representative for the depot in Mora. Here you will become part of a positive corporate culture with a strong team spirit. The position is full-time (07:00–16:00) starting during the summer. The assignment runs until the end of October, with very good prospects for long-term extension.

Responsibilities

In this broad role, the workload varies and no two days are alike. Your main task is to strengthen local rentals and provide first-class service to your customers.

In your daily routine, you answer calls, register orders, and follow up on ongoing rentals. When specific machinery needs arise, you solve them smoothly by collaborating with the company's other 90 depots or through external purchases. You also receive customers on-site, document cases carefully, and handle machinery at the depot. You do not need to be fully trained in mechanics – your willingness to learn about the technical range is what matters most!

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, structured, and has "thick skin". You have the ability to prioritize your tasks in a free and dynamic role, while being a dedicated team player who lives by the motto "team before self". You are fearless, used to jumping in where needed, and have a natural aptitude for creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for customers. Your willingness to learn and develop weighs heavier than your previous technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, register orders, follow up on ongoing rentals, and proactively identify customers' future needs.
• Solve customers' machinery needs as quickly and smoothly as possible by collaborating with the company's 90 other depots or renting equipment externally.
• Handle machinery and engines at the depot. You do not need to be fully trained, but you must have a genuine interest in learning about the technical range.
• Receive customers on-site at the depot and document information carefully during the conversation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to communicate well in both Swedish and English.

Merits:

• A Category BE driver's license is a big plus!
• Previous experience from the construction, depot, or rental industry.
