About the role

This is an expression of interest for upcoming assignments where needs arise continuously with our clients. The assignments vary in both content and duration and can involve both consulting assignments and direct recruitment.

We collaborate with attractive companies within industry, technology, and other white-collar functions, and we are primarily seeking competence within:

• Administration and office support
• Design and engineering roles (e.g., mechanics, production, technology)
• Economics (e.g., economic assistant, accounting)
• Purchasing and logistics
• HR and personnel-related roles

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience within one of the above areas and who want to develop further in your career. You have relevant education or equivalent work experience and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and work in a structured manner.

You are comfortable with systems and at ease working in various types of business or support systems. Furthermore, you command Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.

Merits

It is meritorious if you have experience from industry- or technology-related operations and if you have previously worked in roles with multiple contact areas, for example within projects, purchasing, or HR. Experience of improvement work or development projects is also seen as positive.
