We are now looking for a customer-service-oriented and driven receptionist for our auto workshop. The tasks include booking customers in for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for the mechanics, handling payments from customers, and ordering spare parts. You should have good knowledge and, above all, an interest in the automotive industry, and you should speak and write Swedish fluently.

Great emphasis is placed on seeing the customer and maintaining a very high level of service.

Previous work with similar tasks or a position within Mekonomen is meritorious.

You should be:

• Service-oriented with a strong customer focus
• Driven and solution-oriented
• Organized
• Proficient in computer skills
• Hold a Category B driver's license
• Interested in vehicles

It is meritorious to have worked in the automotive industry or have automotive technical education, but it is not a requirement.

The position is currently a part-time position with opportunities for development to full-time. We apply a six-month probationary period, followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously.
