Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on selling new cars from Renault and Dacia, as well as used cars of various makes. You will also sell ancillary products such as subscriptions, financing, insurance, and service contracts. You need to be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. You will work with clearly defined individual and team goals. We expect you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while still delivering top performance.

You will use our business and CRM systems to process customers, both via phone and in-person meetings at the dealership. This is a role where hard work and persistence are rewarded – you get the chance to show what you are made of, both in daily customer meetings and at external events and customer activities.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience working with computers and good knowledge of the Office suite.
• You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Other languages are a plus.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• You have a strong business acumen and are skilled at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Employment, Scope, Location, and Start Date

This is a permanent full-time position in Borlänge, where weekend work occurs according to schedule. Start date is negotiable. We conduct alcohol and drug testing prior to employment to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. A background check may be required for this position.
