Offer the best possible treatment and business-like service to Swedbank customers who visit the local bank branch and call into the bank from all parts of Sweden
Create accessibility to the bank's services and products where guidance in digital tools and personal service work together for good customer satisfaction
Answer questions regarding the bank's product and service offerings and refer customers where licenses are required for deeper advisory
Collaborate and contribute to cross-selling by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions to exceed customer expectations
Develop your competence within the banking and finance sector where you daily encounter new situations and challenges
Have a service- and business-driven focus and enjoy meeting people
Have previous work experience from service and/or finance-related work
Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English
Be confident in customer interactions via phone as well as in-person at the office
Work with a clear focus on creating value for the customer
Adopt a pedagogical approach and communicate clearly to guide the customer in the bank's digital tools and find customer-adapted solutions
Deepen your knowledge of how the bank combats money laundering and financing of terrorism and apply this knowledge in every customer meeting
Enjoy problem-solving and sales, with the ability to identify the customer's needs and present solutions that fit the customer's situation
