Your responsibilities

Your role as a Chief Executive Assistant involves supporting the unit manager regarding personnel and economic administration. Recruitment of substitutes is done using the Swedetime system, where you handle substitutes and register sick and healthy leave. The role also includes schedule planning and tasks such as administering salaries in Heroma, handling invoices, ensuring a responsible economic organization, making orders and purchases of materials and services, and personnel planning together with the unit manager. Other tasks may arise based on the needs of the business.

You have daily contact with the unit manager, quality manager, and employees. Your role will be varied and sometimes challenging, so a flexible approach is necessary.

The employment is a permanent position at 100%.

You must be able to handle many different tasks simultaneously and have a positive attitude. Since the work can sometimes be demanding, you must be able to focus on the right things, remain calm and stable.

You understand the value of trusting relationships and find it easy to create and maintain good professional relationships both internally and externally. Very good language skills in both speech and writing are required as a large part of the role involves communicating with people both inside and outside the organization.

We place great importance on your personal profile in this recruitment process.
