We are now looking for a part-time receptionist who wants to be our face and contribute to a high-class experience for our members.

As a receptionist at our gym, you will be a central part of our team and have a varied workday where customer service, sales, and gym maintenance are in focus. We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible person who wants to help create a welcoming atmosphere for our members.

Your Responsibilities

Reception: Welcome our members, answer questions, and provide information about the gym and our services.

Basic Cleaning and Laundry: Ensure that the gym maintains a high standard and is always clean and fresh.

Customer Service: Provide the best possible service and create a professional and friendly impression for all visitors.

Sales: Handle the sale of the gym's products and help inform members about current offers.

We are looking for you who

• Are self-motivated, structured, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility.
• Have a good attitude, are professional in your communication, and easily build connections with people.
• Are unpretentious, flexible, and willing to take on various tasks – big or small.
• Have an interest in fitness, health, and an active lifestyle.

Merits

• Experience leading group fitness classes or previous experience from a gym operation is a big plus.
• Training as a personal trainer or other relevant education in fitness and health.
• An interest in social media and communication, as well as the ability to contribute to our presence on various platforms.

Working Hours

Part-time 50%, afternoons and evenings.
