Do you want to be part of developing the accounting function in one of Sweden's most well-known industrial companies?

We are now looking for an Accounting Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the accounting in the parent company of FM Mattsson Group.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the accounting in the parent company meets our internal and external requirements. The role is primarily operational but also includes strategic elements, and you will be responsible for developing and streamlining routines and system support in accounting through digitalization.

The finance department currently consists of a team of eight people, including the CFO. We work closely together with a shared focus on quality, development, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

As Accounting Manager, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for ongoing accounting as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle fixed asset registers, valuation issues, pensions, tax matters, and tax returns
• Administer and develop risk management related to banking and insurance
• Coordinate and support accounting assistants within customer and supplier control
• Participate in the development of accounting processes through digitalization, with a special focus on the business system to contribute to improvement work within the group

About You

You have an academic degree in business administration, complemented or equivalent, and several years of experience in qualified work within a finance department. Experience from a listed international group within the manufacturing industry is meritorious.

We also believe that you:

• have very good accounting knowledge and a good understanding of accounting principles.
• have very good skills in Excel and in finance and business systems. FM Mattsson Group works, among other things, with Infor M3, QlikView, Power BI, and CtrlPrint.
• are communicative and have good skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
