In 2027, we will move into a brand-new facility in Ludvika, and we are now looking for a Service Manager who wants to help create something long-term – not just for the business, but also for the people who work here. While you take on significant responsibility, you will also become a key part of the service market leadership team alongside other Service Managers.

As Service Manager, you are responsible for the workshop, spare parts, and car care in Ludvika. You lead the operations with a focus on both people and results, playing a crucial role in creating structure, developing working methods, and ensuring a customer experience characterized by quality and service. The role is both strategic and operational. One moment you are working on the long-term development of the business, and the next you are out in the operations, supporting your team leaders and employees in their daily work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who believes that good leadership is about creating engagement, building trust, and simultaneously having the courage to set clear demands. You thrive when you can develop people and are motivated by seeing both individuals and the business grow. You have experience leading staff and operations, are accustomed to working towards goals and results, and view change as a natural part of development. Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage, but what matters most to us is your leadership skills and your ability to create results together with others.
