What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/candy picker for a permanent position of 17.5 hours/week where you are responsible for Cloetta's bulk and natural candy sections in various stores in Mora.

The role involves working independently, meaning you work on your own in the store during your shifts. You follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves repeated lifting of candy boxes. When handling and moving pallets and products in the store, a hand truck is used as an aid.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and ensure that bulk and natural candy sections are well-stocked and present a sales appeal
• Pick products from the store's warehouse
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy sections
• Place orders for goods according to given routines
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license (required)
• Access to your own car during all work shifts (required)
• Ability to work weekdays during daytime, scheduled between 08:00–17:00
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are carried out as planned
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice
• Good physical fitness as the work involves repeated lifting and a lot of movement

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or retail work is advantageous. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment conditions:

The position is permanent for approximately 17.5 hours/week. Training is conducted and work starts no later than September 1st. There may be opportunities for extra work during peak seasons and sick leave.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between Swedish Retail (Svensk Handel) and the Swedish Union for Shop and Office Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
