Your daily routine Together with your colleagues, you will be the customer's personal advisor and support. Within the team, we provide service through various communication channels; phone, chat, and email 📞✉️ The cases range from delivery and product questions to returns and complaints. Often, you are the only contact the customer has with Lyko, making your service attitude extra important. Here you truly have the chance to make a difference: solving problems, guiding correctly, and sometimes saving someone's day from %¤#?! to WOW! 💖 To create the best conditions for you to do a really good job, the employment begins with an introduction week.

Your team You will join our wonderful Customer Support team in Vansbro, supporting customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

For customers outside the Nordics, we work closely with our colleagues in our Growth Hub in Warsaw, Poland. There is a Customer Relations team responsible for supporting our other European markets. Together, we share knowledge and experiences to create the best possible customer experience. Of course, we also cover for each other when needed!

Who you are For this role, we believe that you:

  • Are passionate about delivering world-class customer service and naturally want to "wow" our customers!
  • Are good at building relationships and see communication as one of your strengths
  • Have previous experience in customer-facing roles in a service-oriented position
  • Are curious about beauty products and perhaps even up to date with the latest trends
  • Are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and have good knowledge and confidence in English
  • Learn new tools and systems quickly
  • We place great emphasis on personal qualities and also see internal experience from Lyko as very valuable.

Details about the employment The position is located at our office in Vansbro. Although the position starts as a temporary assignment until June 30, 2028, there are good prospects for obtaining a permanent position.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, with varying shifts at 07–16, 08–17, or 11–20. The work is performed on-site at the office – which provides the best conditions for exchange, quick feedback, and collaboration. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
