In the role of Private Advisor, you will work with financial advisory services and tailor solutions for the bank's private customers. Here, you have the opportunity to build business relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and become part of a successful team.
Your main responsibilities as a Private Advisor include:
Providing advice on our core areas of expertise, such as loans, savings, pensions, and insurance.
Meeting our customers at our offices, digitally via Teams, and by phone.
Developing existing customer relationships and creating new business contacts.
Identifying customer needs, future plans, and upcoming opportunities to tailor solutions based on the customer's specific goals and requirements.
Keeping up to date with regulations, digital tools, and instructions.
About you:

We see that you are communicative, structured, and flexible, which allows you to manage your daily work independently in the long run. You are outgoing and driven by achieving set goals and making good business deals. You are motivated by customer meetings and strive to provide the best possible service. To succeed, you must always strive to find solutions based on customer needs and provide the best possible advice. Together with your colleagues, you take responsibility for driving the bank's business forward.
The role requires good analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. It is also important that you are open to new ways of working, as we continuously adapt to the demand for both physical and digital meetings. You act according to the bank's core values: Proximity, Competence, Care, and Forward-looking spirit. You are curious, social, and treat our customers in a trustworthy manner.
Requirements:
A driver's license is required to travel to the bank's other offices for exchanges or meetings.
We expect you to have a high school diploma, with a preference for an economic background.
Experience from own forestry ownership and/or education in forestry, forest care, or forest economics is considered an advantage.
Previous sales and service experience where you have worked directly with customers.
Fluent Swedish and good English skills, both verbal and written.

Details:
The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period.
Start date according to agreement.
As part of our Team in Eda, you will work together with your colleagues at our offices in Koppom, Charlottenberg, and Åmotfors. Your main placement is in Koppom, but we support each other within the team.
