Our factory in Torsby specializes in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and offers high-tech competence, flexibility, and quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to aftermarket.

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our operations in Torsby.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at NOTE, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the customer's business. You act as the customer's primary contact person and coordinate internal resources to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan and with the right quality.

Your main responsibilities

• Act as project manager and account manager for a number of key customers.
• Ensure business profitability and monitor economic key performance indicators.
• Work actively with forecasts, inventory management, and inventory turnover rates.
• Drive customer projects and coordinate internal resources to ensure delivery according to customer expectations.
• Develop and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Handle commercial matters such as quotations, contracts, and business follow-up.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a confident and structured project manager with a strong business focus. You are used to taking responsibility, working independently, and building trust with both customers and colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Are a skilled communicator who builds long-term relationships.
• Thrive in a role that combines business acumen, customer contact, and internal coordination.
• Have a strong interest in business development and customer satisfaction.
• Have good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A degree in Business Administration or Engineering is meritorious but not a requirement.
