Whether you are new to the industry or already have some experience in payroll administration, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to ensuring that payroll runs according to plan and providing excellent customer service.
You will work with a team responsible for payroll administration and/or data management and customer service, ensuring that results are accurate and delivered on time.
You have
- A good overview of Swedish payroll legislation, tax regulations, social security requirements, and statutory reporting.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with a focus on Swedish payroll.
- Experience working with and managing HR and/or payroll data, including employment, terminations, absence, benefits, and salary adjustments. You perform these tasks accurately and in accordance with local regulations.
- The ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes and resolve issues related to payroll administration.
It would be an advantage if you have
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar payroll and HR systems.
- Experience supporting reporting in accordance with current laws and year-end processes within payroll administration.
