As our current researcher has advanced to another role internally, we are now looking for an engaged and curious replacement for our TAM-team (Talent Acquisition Management), a central part of HR that drives our strategic talent acquisition forward. Here you will have a varied role where you work closely with TAM-partners (recruiters), managers, and candidates, while contributing to strengthening our employer brand.
About the role
As a researcher at EuroMaint, you will have a broad and varied role, working continuously with search, while also serving as an important support to the TAM-team in daily recruitment work. You will work closely with TAM-partners, HR Business Partners, and business managers to identify, attract, and engage the right candidates for our positions within technology, maintenance, and leadership.
A central part of the role is also to plan and coordinate our activities within employer branding. You are responsible for coordinating participation in fairs, school visits, and events across the country, ensuring that we represent EuroMaint in a professional and attractive manner. In parallel, you actively work with our presence on LinkedIn and contribute to strengthening our employer brand through relevant and engaging content.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the search process and identify candidates via LinkedIn
- Support TAM-partners and managers in recruitment processes, such as initial candidate dialogues, tests, reference checks, and background checks
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on participation in fairs and events
- Work continuously with employer branding
Your profile
We are looking for you who have an interest in recruitment, search, and employer branding, and who thrive in a role where you get to combine structure, coordination, and relationship building.
You are responsible, proactive, and have an easy time collaborating. We are looking for you who:
- Have a bachelor's degree in personnel science, behavioral science, or other relevant education
- Are curious, structured, and used to working independently as well as in a team. Have good social competence and are skilled at communicating and networking
- Are responsible and driven by delivering results. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Merits:
- Experience with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Experience participating in fairs
- Experience with tests or recruitment tools

Location & scope
Location: Örebro, travel occurs in the role
Scope: Full-time
Start date: According to agreement
Working hours: Daytime (trust-based hours), possibility of hybrid work
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period
