We are looking for you who are positive, service-oriented, and wish to be the face of the health center. As a receptionist, you contribute to ensuring that patients and visitors feel welcome and are treated in a professional manner.

As a receptionist, you are often the patient's first point of contact with the health center. Your main responsibilities include receiving and registering patients, both for scheduled appointments and urgent cases, as well as post-visit registration. You work closely with your colleagues in the reception area and have access to support in your daily work. The role also includes administrative tasks such as mail handling, scanning, envelope stuffing, and basic journal administration.

You have completed upper secondary education and have an interest in administration, service, and people. You are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy organizing and structuring your work, which is important as the reception serves as a hub for operations.

The role places high demands on social competence, good judgment, and the ability to handle various situations in a calm and respectful manner. You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, and good knowledge of English to communicate with patients and visitors. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

It is an advantage to have education in administration or similar, knowledge of the journal system Cosmic, and previous work experience from healthcare.
