Your Role

As an Agile Business Developer, you play a key role in driving and supporting the organization's transition to a more agile way of working. You collaborate closely with leadership functions at various levels within the business, from project managers and line managers to business owners at the profit and loss level, contributing both strategic direction and operational support throughout the transformation journey.

In this role, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enable the transition to agile structures, ways of working, and teams. You act as an advisor and support to project managers, project control office managers, contract managers, and other business owners, while collaborating broadly across the organization to ensure successful change. A key part of the job is also to educate and coach leaders in agile principles and methods, as well as to monitor, measure, and communicate results and progress in the transformation work.

The role is based at our office in Karlskoga.

Your Profile

We believe that you, who are applying for the role of Agile Business Developer, have extensive experience in change management with a deep knowledge of agile methods. You have previously driven or supported the implementation of agile ways of working in organizations and have a good understanding of how a business can move from a matrix organization to more agile structures. Experience from working within the defense industry is considered an asset.

You are confident in working closely with leadership functions at different levels and have the ability to build trust, clarity, and momentum in complex contexts. You communicate well, collaborate naturally with others, and have an analytical approach that helps you see both the big picture and the details. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. For us, your personal qualities are an important part of the overall assessment in this recruitment.

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance process according to applicable regulations. For positions where Saab has security clearance requirements, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
