We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator position for a consulting assignment in Karlskoga, where you will play a key role in supporting the business with administrative assistance and coordination.

The Role of Administrator

As an Administrator, you will take on a central and coordinating role, responsible for providing administrative support to the business. You will work closely with both managers and employees, contributing to the efficient and smooth operation of administrative processes.

The role is broad and varied, with a strong focus on service, coordination, and administration. You will have numerous contact points, both internally and externally, requiring strong collaboration skills and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Providing administrative support to managers and employees.
  • Managing travel administration and bookings.
  • Coordinating meetings, activities, and internal events.
  • Handling invoicing and administrative orders.
  • Managing documentation and ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Supporting the business with time reporting and other administrative matters.
  • Coordinating and following up on administrative routines and processes.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with internal and external partners.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of administrative workflows.

Your Background, Experience, and Skills

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work who thrives in a role focused on service, structure, and collaboration. You are accustomed to supporting the business with administrative matters and have a structured approach that allows you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Experience from an administrative, coordinating, or assistant role.
  • Strong administrative skills and a habit of working in a structured manner.
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A valid B-class driver's license.
  • Swedish citizenship.
