Your Responsibilities
As a recruitment consultant at TNG, you have a clear business-driven assignment where you create new business, drive recruitment and consulting assignments, and build long-term customer relationships. You work close to the market and take responsibility for the entire process, from identifying needs and selling the right solution to attracting candidates, filling roles, and following up on assignments with both customers and consultants.
In this role, you develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers and drive dialogues with decision-makers regarding competence needs, challenges, and possible solutions. You build and develop your own customer portfolio together with Account Managers and KAMs, while simultaneously selling and driving both recruitment assignments and consulting assignments. An important part of the job is to conduct search, attract relevant candidates, and be responsible for filling professional roles within recruitment and interim.
You work competence-based and data-driven with the support of TNG's methodology and modern tools, which helps you create quality, structure, and precision in every process. Through close follow-up with customers, consultants, and candidates, you ensure both good delivery and continued business. This is a role for you who likes to be out in the market, build trust, and transform customer needs into concrete business opportunities.

Our Expectations
We are looking for you who have experience in consultative service sales and thrive where relationships, business acumen, and results meet. You are used to taking responsibility, driving processes forward, and building trust with customers, candidates, and consultants. To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in B2B service sales, preferably within recruitment, consulting business, HR, or SaaS. You build long-term customer relationships, develop business over time, and have a clear business drive with experience working towards goals. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, work structured and digitally, and have an academic degree in e.g., economics, HR, or behavioral science, or equivalent work experience.
As a person, you are relationship-building, curious, and proactive. You want to understand the customer's business, ask the right questions, and find solutions that create value. You are motivated by building trust, developing collaborations, and seeing concrete results from your work.
