Operations Excellence Coordinator at Stellana

As an Operations Excellence Coordinator at Stellana, you will primarily work on quality improvements and efficiencies regarding working methods and processes related to the manufacturing process. Your ultimate goal is to further develop a value-driven approach, attitudes, mindsets, methods, and tools towards Operational Excellence. Ultimately, this is about strengthening our competitiveness, reducing quality costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.

The role is broad, and for the right person, there are great opportunities to influence the design of the role. You will report to the Production Manager located at the site in Laxå.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, standardize, and improve routines, work instructions, and processes for increased quality and efficiency.
• Drive deviation management and continuous improvement work focusing on quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Analyze quality and process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, as well as monitor the company's KPIs.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional improvement projects in close collaboration with production, engineering, logistics, and other support functions.
• Lead and facilitate improvement workshops and drive the implementation of improvement measures.
• Train and coach colleagues in Lean principles, WCM methodology, and improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and FMEA.
• Present analyses and improvement proposals, as well as follow up on implemented measures and results.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with relevant academic education; you may have studied mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or a similar field. Through your education, you have acquired new knowledge in various production methods, including quality. You may also have encountered quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar standards. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
