Help shape how we meet future candidates
We are now looking for an Employer Branding & Communications Coordinator who wants to contribute to strengthening AxÖ's brand and develop how we attract, meet, and build relationships with future candidates.
This is a broad and varied role where communication, relationships, and development work meet. You will become an important support to the recruitment consultants and simultaneously contribute to group-wide initiatives that strengthen AxÖ Consulting as a whole.
No day is like the other. One day you plan a social media campaign, the next day you represent AxÖ at a university fair, create a presentation for a client meeting, or drive an improvement initiative. Regardless of the task, the role is about staying ahead, providing excellent support to the business, and contributing ideas that help us develop.

Examples of tasks
You will among other things:
- Plan and develop AxÖ Consulting's and our customers' presence on social media and other relevant communication channels.
- Create content and communication materials that strengthen our recruitment assignments and our employer brand.
- Build and develop relationships with students, universities, and other important networks for future competence supply.
- Plan and participate in fairs, events, and other activities where we meet candidates and customers.
- Be responsible for communication and marketing support to recruitment consultants and contribute to group-wide projects and initiatives that strengthen AxÖ Consulting as a whole.
- Analyze target groups and identify new opportunities to attract candidates through new ways of working and digital channels.
- Drive and participate in improvement projects that develop our ways of working, processes, and tools.
- Create presentations and other materials for customers, tenders, and internal projects.

We would like you to have
- Post-secondary education in personnel science, communication, marketing, or other education that the employer deems relevant.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Good digital skills and an easy time getting into new systems.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in communication, employer branding, recruitment, or HR.
- Experience in project management, events, or student relations.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Interest in AI and new digital tools.
