About the company

Emploid is currently recruiting a Technical Writer for one of our clients in Karlskrona. The client is an established player in the industry, offering a technically advanced environment where quality, structure, and safety are paramount. The position begins as a consultancy role with Emploid for approximately nine months, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent position directly with the client.

About the role

As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating clear and user-friendly technical documentation for the business. You will be responsible for gathering information from various parts of the organization and transforming it into easy-to-understand operator instructions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and updating operator instructions, primarily in PowerPoint
  • Gathering information through interviews, photography, and on-site documentation
  • Processing texts, images, and other informational material
  • Ensuring documentation adheres to the company's templates and systems
  • Coordinating review and approval with relevant internal competencies
  • Continuously developing content and structure to create clear and accessible technical information

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in technical documentation within the industry, who thrives in a role that combines structure, communication, and technical interest. You have an eye for detail while being able to adapt information for different target groups.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience as a Technical Writer within the industry
  • Strong ability to write and structure technical information
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the Machinery Directive (EU directive establishing basic health and safety requirements for machinery) and machine safety
  • Experience with document management
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Location: Karlskrona

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Office hours

Start: September 2026 or as agreed

Employment type: Consultancy position with Emploid for approximately 9 months, with good opportunities for permanent employment directly with the client thereafter.

Workplace: The work is performed 100% on-site in Karlskrona.
