The role of Claims Handler involves providing administrative support in claims cases and minor investigations, with many contact points both internally and externally. Examples of tasks:
- Create return orders and dispatch notifications in the business system
- Create dispatch notifications for returns both domestically and internationally
- Handle order acknowledgments from suppliers and keep the business system updated with delivery dates for claimed material
- Responsible for reporting claims-related information internally
- Responsible for following up on delivery dates for claims with our suppliers
- Support SQA in minor investigations
- Responsible for cases related to standard components
- Experience and understanding of business systems
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience with SAP
