The role of Claims Handler involves providing administrative support in claims cases and minor investigations, with many contact points both internally and externally. Examples of tasks:

• Create return orders and dispatch notifications in the business system
• Create dispatch notifications for returns both domestically and internationally
• Handle order acknowledgments from suppliers and keep the business system updated with delivery dates for claimed material
• Responsible for reporting claims-related information internally
• Responsible for following up on delivery dates for claims with our suppliers
• Support SQA in minor investigations
• Responsible for cases related to standard components

• Experience and understanding of business systems
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in administrative work

• Experience with SAP
