The test, which is sent to those who meet the requirements for the position, is an important part of the recruitment. The tests, together with other evidence-based methods, allow the employer to make decisions on more objective grounds, as well as with more comprehensive information about you as a person – on grounds that play a larger role for the performance of the position than formal merits. In this way, more candidates, and above all more candidates without so much education and experience in the area, get the opportunity to come forward in the recruitment and get an equal chance at the position.
The final candidate may be asked to take a supervised logic test at the end of the process before employment.
When you apply for work via Kollega, you always receive feedback on how many applications have come in, on what grounds the different selections have been carried out, how many have proceeded to each step, and which step you as a candidate have reached.
