Job Description

The position involves both strategic and operational work with personnel and payroll statistics.

You will independently drive issues and development at both strategic and operational levels.

You are responsible for producing, developing, and analyzing personnel-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering and reporting qualitative data to both politics and the service personnel organization at the management level.

The position belongs to the Pay and Pension department, and you will report to the department manager, but the HR team at the Regional Council will be your primary clients and collaboration partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree in personnel science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
• experience in extracting, analyzing, and following up on data information.
• experience working with information from various systems and a high degree of system understanding.
• good analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into speech and writing.
• experience working independently and in collaboration with others to drive issues at operational and strategic levels.
• experience working in follow-up systems and analysis tools such as ProDiver or Power BI.
• very good knowledge of Excel.

To thrive in the role, you need to have good social and communicative skills combined with a non-hierarchical attitude where collaboration and cooperation are a natural part of the job.

We would also like you to have:

• experience with the personnel and payroll administration system Heroma.
• experience developing and creating models in the analysis tool Power BI.
