About the assignment

As a Compliance Manager Project Leader, you will become part of Business Support and work closely with operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal requirements. You will drive improvement work, provide qualified support to the organization, and collaborate with several functions to strengthen security and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for developing and monitoring compliance work, as well as supporting the business in matters concerning regulatory compliance and security. You work both operationally and strategically, coordinating activities between different parts of the organization.

• Support, develop, and drive compliance work.
• Provide expert support regarding requirement and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret, apply, and monitor requirements and governing documents.
• Coordinate projects and working groups within the compliance area.
• Provide advice on compliance, IT and information security, physical security, and signal security.
• Participate in risk analyses, training, certifications, audits, and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Who are you?

You are responsible, structured, and self-motivated with the ability to drive issues forward. You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, high integrity, and a strong security awareness. Additionally, you are communicative and build trust in collaboration with different parts of the organization.

• University degree in economics, law, or another relevant field.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and governing documentation.
• Experience in project management or participation in development projects.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Good ability to work independently.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Meritorious if you have experience with policies, processes, controls, and audits.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
