Jurek Executive is in an exciting growth phase and is looking for a driven and experienced Executive Search Consultant for the Mid Sweden region, who will also become part of our national executive team!

What does the role involve?

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be a key person in our growth journey and a central part of our success in executive recruitment. You will:

• Create new business opportunities and act as an advisor on leadership and recruitment issues.
• Drive executive search processes from start to finish, including close dialogue with both clients and candidates.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior leaders.
• Be an ambassador for Jurek Executive and contribute to strengthening our brand in the market.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality and results, while achieving your own targets.

What we are looking for in you

We always strive to be advisory, challenging, and relevant to create a "wow experience" for our clients, candidates, consultants, and colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 10 years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant, preferably within Interim Management or executive recruitment.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, where you combine a strong goal focus with the ability to build sustainable relationships.
• A natural feel for business development and a burning passion for creating value for both clients and candidates.
• A relevant academic degree, for example in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or Business Administration.
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Since both Jurek and the team are in an exciting growth phase, we believe you thrive in changing environments.
