About the roleAs an HR Partner, you will be part of Nammo Sweden’s joint HR organization and build business-oriented work for the future. The role is broad and spans all areas from recruitment, labor law, and psychosocial work environment to competence and organizational development, as well as management support.
Your primary focus will be the unit in Karlskoga, but you will also provide support to all operations in Sweden, including those in Lindesberg, Karlsborg, and Vingåker. Nammo’s strong growth means that many managers are new to the organization and their roles. Therefore, a key task will be to support and strengthen managers in their duties as employers.
Furthermore, the role includes among other things:
- Quality assurance and driving operational HR work
- Coordinating HR work; recruitment, training initiatives, HR communication, rehab, etc.
- Working with labor law and collective agreement issues
- Negotiations with employee organizations
- Participation in organizational development projects and change processes
- Participation in change and improvement processes as well as other HR-related projects within the company and internationally
You will join a wonderful team of competent HR colleagues who thrive and work closely together. You report to the HR Director and are part of the local management group.
Our candidateTo thrive and succeed in the role of HR Partner, you are motivated by challenges and a varied workday. You dare to be demanding but are also receptive and collaborative, with an ease in building long-term relationships. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are independent and have strong self-drive combined with thoughtfulness, precision, and endurance. Additionally, you are professional, understand the value of HR for the business, and have well-founded and clear values. You should also have:
- Relevant academic education in HR
- 3–5 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably from manufacturing industry or authorities such as the Swedish Armed Forces or the Police
- Experience in working with management support
- Negotiation experience
- Experience working in HCM systems
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Swedish citizenship
