This position involves a combined role between registry work and office coordination. A possible distribution is 50% each, but this may vary over time.

In the role, you are responsible for the central diary management at SCB, staffing our reception, and working with premises services.

The registrar group consists of 2 additional persons. There are 3 additional office coordinators in Örebro and 4 in Solna. This position is located in Örebro, but some travel to Solna occurs.

  • Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish

Experience with reception work and premises services is considered meritorious. Practical work is involved.

You like to take initiative, contribute ideas, and drive the work forward. You will thrive with us if you are curious and proactive.

As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have a genuine interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Permanent employment.

This position is part of the Support and Premises section, which operates in both Örebro and Solna. In addition to registry work and premises, the section is also responsible for procurement activities at SCB.

The employment is permanent and usually begins with a six-month probationary period. The start date will be agreed upon.
