Your Role

Saab Business Area Dynamics is now looking for an Administrator for our purchasing unit in Karlskoga. You will support the purchasing functions in Karlskoga and collaborate with other administrative resources in both Linköping and Karlskoga. Your daily work will involve supporting the function's managers and employees with various administrative tasks.

The role requires a broad and flexible approach, and typical administrative duties include handling travel administration, events, invoice approvals, time management, orders, and document management.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys collaborating with others. You are motivated by building good relationships and feel comfortable in a role with many contact surfaces.

You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for planning and driving your work forward, and have the ability to prioritize when necessary. As a person, you are unpretentious, receptive, and helpful. You are happy to share your knowledge while not hesitating to ask for support when needed.

We also expect you to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. You hold a B driver's license and have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
