At Folktandvården Karlskoga-Degerfors, approximately 30 employees work with all patient categories. Our unit consists of clinics geographically located in Karlskoga and Degerfors. Your main workplace will be at the reception of Folktandvården Karlskoga.

Standard reception duties such as patient greeting, appointment scheduling, handling payments, contacting patients via phone, adjusting appointment books, and managing various computer programs, including our medical record system, Frenda. You will be responsible for communicating with patients via email and 1177.se. The role involves acting as a link between patients and clinicians, as well as handling telephone services.

Good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with patients and staff. You must be able to work independently, take initiative, and take responsibility for appointment books and call lists. Proficiency in computer systems is a requirement for the position. Previous experience in healthcare, reception, or other patient/customer service roles is advantageous, as is a valid B-class driver's license.
