The Opportunity

As a consultant at EY Insourcing in Örebro, you will work on-site with our clients as an accountant, accounting manager, or controller when they need reinforcement in their finance function. You will be based at our Örebro office but will work in both the Örebro and Västerås areas. You will help clients navigate organizational changes, peak workloads, and temporary resource gaps. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise while gaining insight into various industries and companies.

At Insourcing, you will become part of a growing team of approximately 30 consultants, all driven by supporting our clients through change and development. We actively work on competence development to ensure you grow in your role and feel confident in your delivery.

Skills and Characteristics for Success

• Degree from university/college with a focus on economics
• At least two years of experience as an accountant or controller
• Strong knowledge of accounting and practical experience are required
• High proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

We would also like you to have experience with

• Working in various financial systems
• Quickly adapting to new environments and processes
• Contributing to team development through knowledge sharing
