Your Responsibilities
In the role of HR Business Partner, you work broadly with both operational and strategic HR issues. You become a close support to the managers in the business and simultaneously contribute to developing HR work locally and in collaboration with the group.
Manager and Business Support:
- Be a qualified HR support to managers in personnel-related issues.
- Support and coach managers in change work and organizational development.
- Contribute with advice in matters concerning leadership, working environment, rehabilitation, and competence supply.
Labor Law, Processes, and Employee Cycle:
- Work with labor law issues and negotiations.
- Be responsible for the entire employee cycle, from recruitment to termination.
- Ensure that policies, guidelines, and HR processes are followed.
Development and Collaboration:
- Drive and develop HR processes within areas such as competence supply, performance, rehabilitation, and working environment.
- Collaborate with the group's central support functions within HR.
- Participate in and drive development projects within HR.

The position is located at Boliden Zinkgruvan, just outside Askersund. You work close to the business and the managers on site, which means that physical presence is an important part of the role.
Boliden Zinkgruvan is Sweden's southernmost underground mine and one of the region's largest employers. Here, over 150 years of industrial history is combined with modern technology, a focus on sustainability, and optimism for the future.
You will become part of the local HR team, which consists of two colleagues, and report to the HR Manager. The role involves significant personal responsibility, while you have access to Boliden Group's broad HR organization and specialist competence.
Our Expectations
We are looking for you who have an academic education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and feel confident in independently handling a range of HR issues.
You have experience supporting managers in both operational and strategic issues and thrive in a business-close role where you get to combine labor law, leadership support, and organizational development. We would like you to have previously worked in industry, production, or other complex business.
As a person, you are confident, relationship-building, and trustworthy. You find it easy to collaborate, drive issues forward, and have the ability to switch between strategic perspectives and operational efforts.
Experience with HR transformation, change work, or implementation of HR systems, for example Workday or SuccessFactors, is meritorious.
A B-driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.
