Information about the position

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Garantum Wealth Management, is looking for a Wealth Advisor. Garantum Wealth Management is part of the Garantum Group, which has over 190 employees and 140 affiliated advisors active in 33 cities in Sweden and Norway. Today, they are one of the market's leading players in Private Banking and individualized wealth management for individuals, owner-led companies, and smaller institutions.

Responsibilities

Customers at Garantum Wealth Management are offered comprehensive services within Private Banking and wealth management, including individualized investment solutions, management services, and advice on law, tax, pension, and insurance. This business area is primarily aimed at wealthy customers and/or customers in leading positions who both make their own investment decisions and seek a knowledgeable and professional discussion partner.

As a Wealth Advisor, you hold overall responsibility for the customer relationship, ensuring that the customer has the right services based on their needs. This also means that you are responsible for your own results, customer satisfaction, risks associated with the customer, and that the customer receives individual follow-up.

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant university degree in economics, finance, or equivalent.
• Have a financial background, especially with knowledge and practical experience from advisory roles, with strong preference for experience in wealth advisory.
• Appreciate long-term customer relationships and thrive in a networking role.
• Hold a SwedSec license, with InsureSec being an advantage.

You are a relationship-building and business-driven person with several years of experience in financial customer advisory. You thrive in an outward-facing role where you build long-term relationships and drive good results through a proactive work approach and high quality. Furthermore, you are structured, initiative-taking, and motivated by using your specialist competence to create value for the customer. Through personal meetings and an interest in understanding the customer's financial situation, you identify needs and find the best possible solutions.
