Are you an analytical and business-oriented Controller who thrives in a role close to operations? Do you want to work in an international industrial environment where you can contribute insights and decision support that make a real difference? Then this might be the assignment for you.

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Controller for a well-known international industrial company in Örebro. The assignment is desired to start immediately and runs initially until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension depending on the business's needs.

In this role, you will be an important partner to the operations and support managers and leadership with financial analysis, follow-up, and reporting.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
• Analysis of the company's results, costs, and key figures
• Preparing decision support materials for managers and leadership
• Monthly reporting and follow-up of financial goals
• Participation in closing and forecasting processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to business development
• Support operations in financial matters and analyses

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree in economics or equivalent
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in a controller role
• Good experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
• Very good skills in Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience from manufacturing industry or international corporate operations.
