About the RoleYou will play a key role in modernizing society-critical IT systems and developing complex economic flows within the public sector. Here, you work closely with both business operations and IT in an environment where processes, information flows, and technical solutions need to align to create sustainable results.
This role suits you if you thrive in the intersection between analysis, requirements work, and change management. You help the business clarify needs, structure requirements, and create documentation that enables development teams and other IT-adjacent roles to advance solutions. This is an assignment for you who want to influence future ways of working and solutions in a complex business with clear societal benefit.
Responsibilities- You analyze business needs and translate them into requirements, solution documentation, and development activities together with IT-adjacent roles.
- You plan the development of IT support for large and complex economic flows, such as tax collection, payment flows, invoicing, and accounting.
- You describe and document business processes, information flows, concepts, business rules, and requirements as a basis for development work.
- You work in Enterprise Architect for modeling and requirements management.
- You create business requirements and IT-adjacent requirements in formats that work for development teams, such as user stories, use cases, process descriptions, acceptance criteria, and requirement specifications.
- You collaborate with business units, product owners, development teams, operations, architects, and other stakeholders in complex initiatives.
- You contribute to agile development, operations, and modernization initiatives where you help drive improvement and create clarity in change work.
- At least five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, in business development, business analysis, requirements work, development management, or equivalent IT-adjacent business development.
- At least five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, of working in the intersection between business and IT, for example in assignments where business needs have been translated into requirements, solution documentation, or development activities together with IT-adjacent roles.
- At least five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, of agile working methods in development, operations, or business development assignments.
- At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, of supporting the modernization of IT systems from older mainframe environments to modern platforms within a government agency.
- At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, of planning the development of IT support for large and complex economic flows, such as tax collection, payment flows, invoicing, accounting, or equivalent within a government agency.
- At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, of describing and documenting business processes, information flows, concepts, business rules, or requirements as a basis for IT-adjacent development work. The experience must include work in Enterprise Architect.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
- At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, of documenting business requirements and IT-adjacent requirements in a way that can be used by development teams, for example through user stories, use cases, process descriptions, acceptance criteria, requirement specifications, or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, of analyzing business needs and identifying problems, areas for improvement, and development opportunities in IT-adjacent development or change work.
- At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, of collaborating with business units, product owners, development teams, operations, architects, and other stakeholders in complex IT-adjacent assignments.
- At least one (1) year of experience, within the last three (3) years, of requirements management and requirements analysis in IT-adjacent development, change, operations, or modernization initiatives.
