About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, an Administrator for full-time work in Örebro. This is a role for you who thrives in structured work, has good organizational skills, and wants to be a key part of the daily operations.
You will work in a varied role where administration, coordination, and service are in focus. This role suits you who enjoy creating order and efficiency in a busy work environment.
Responsibilities
The tasks may vary, but include, for example:
- Handling administrative cases and documentation
- Registering and updating information in various systems
- Booking and coordinating meetings and activities
- Contact with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Filing and document management
- Support to colleagues and managers in administrative matters
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

- Has good computer skills and learns new systems easily
- Has strong administrative skills

Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great importance on your attitude, initiative, and willingness to develop.
