RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Payroll Administrator with us, you will become part of an engaged team of colleagues within payroll and HR, where you together ensure quality, efficiency, and a smooth experience for the entire organization. You are a central key player in the flow between payroll, HR, and operations.

You ensure not only that the correct salary is paid out on time – you also create security by being a natural contact point for questions regarding payroll and HR. In your daily work, you switch between operational precision and personal contact. You work with salaries, expense reports, and HR data, while you – together with your team – guide colleagues through processes and routines.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who not only work with payroll – but who care about the quality in every detail and the experience for every employee. You have a few years of experience in payroll administration or similar, and a relevant education as a foundation. You feel confident in both Swedish and English and have an easy time navigating different systems and tools. As a person, you are:

  • Detail-oriented without getting stuck in the details

  • Structured and confident in prioritizing when the pace changes
  • A team player who thrives working closely with others and contributing to the team's success

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Payroll Administrator is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. For the right person, there are good prospects for direct employment with our client in the long run.
