Arbetslivsresurs is growing, and we therefore need to find new dedicated job coaches and labor market consultants for our offices in Hallsberg.
We are looking for you who focus on opportunities and achieving results in your assignments.
Arbetslivsresurs strengthens strengths and contributes to reducing unemployment and decreasing exclusion by supporting and guiding people towards work trials, studies, and ultimately sustainable employment!
The assignment as a labor market consultant involves supporting individuals individually or in groups and simplifying and shortening the path to new work or studies.
You conduct resource mapping, support in creating application documents, arrange work trial placements, and guide and motivate groups through lectures, either in person or online. You have the opportunity to be creative and adapt your work to the individual's needs, making the job both enjoyable and fast-paced.
You have a good ability to independently plan, administer, and follow up on your work and always deliver with quality.
As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and independent, and you enjoy variety in your tasks.
Building relationships and networking is something you are comfortable with, and we would like you to have a broad network and good knowledge of the local labor market. You are accustomed to using LinkedIn and social media as professional tools.
To succeed in the role, you need the ability to meet people with different backgrounds and needs, win their trust, and empower them to successfully enter the labor market.
In addition to the requirement profile below, we will place great emphasis on your personality.
We are looking for both those who can work full-time or part-time, starting immediately.
Requirement Profile
Alternative 1
- Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
- Work Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time may also be accepted if the combined working hours correspond to full-time over two (2) years.
Alternative 2
- Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.
- Work Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Work leadership with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Processing of personnel matters (not just personnel administration).
- Work with working life and labor market issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career guidance.
- Driver's license and access to a car.
- Meritorious if you speak more languages than Swedish.
