Varberga Primary Health Care Centre's catchment area is large in size, stretching from Närkes Kil and Mellringe to Hjärsta and Varberga. The centre currently has approximately 10,100 registered patients, where a multicultural society meets the traditional community, and apartments alternate with villas and small houses. The centre also has a significant municipal assignment. The focus is on creating quality care, good relationships, and a good work environment. The multicultural catchment area is reflected in a multicultural workplace where collaboration, community, and team spirit permeate our operations.

At Varberga Primary Health Care Centre, there are three competent, professional, and experienced medical administrative staff members, and we are now looking for a new colleague. We have a strong interest and great commitment to our work.

The tasks are very varied and include, among other things, dictation, reception work, ordering permissions, meeting documentation, and mail handling, as well as service to colleagues and patients. We have a rolling schedule where we handle referrals, test results, mail, and write meeting minutes. We also have the opportunity to do dictation from home a few days per month.

Fixed-term contract until 2027-07-31 with possible extension.

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical administrative staff member. To thrive in the role, you should have a general interest in IT and be good at creating good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the operation's development and change projects is seen as a natural part of your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We would like you to be flexible, positive, social, and enjoy contact with both colleagues and patients, as well as have good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you have previous experience as a medical administrative staff member, preferably within primary care, we see this as a great advantage.

Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
