Description

We are looking for a flexible and service-oriented Payroll and HR Assistant who primarily wants to support our payroll unit in daily operations, but also contribute with administrative support within HR when needed. This role has been created to strengthen operations during a period of high workload and suits you who enjoy administration, structure, and helping others.

Here, you will become part of a small unit with close collaboration where we help each other and develop together. You will receive an introduction and support from experienced colleagues as well as a personal mentor during your training.

Responsibilities

As a Payroll and HR Assistant, you will primarily work with administrative and supporting tasks within the payroll area. The tasks vary depending on the needs of the business and your experience.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Administrative support within the payroll area.
  • Handling documents, simple registration, and follow-up of underlying data.
  • Support in personnel administration related to payroll and employment.
  • Compilation and control of simpler payroll-related data.
  • Contact and support to managers and employees in simpler matters.
  • Administrative support within HR when needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed upper secondary education.
  • Has good computer skills and is comfortable with administrative tasks.
  • Has good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Is meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoys creating structure.

Merits

  • Studying or has started education in Human Resources, Economics, HR/Personnel Administration, or a Vocational Higher Education (YH) program for Payroll Specialist or Payroll Consultant.
  • Previous experience in administrative work.
  • Has retired and previously worked in the field or with similar questions.

Terms and Benefits

The position is 20% and is flexible. The start of the position is by agreement, and the employment lasts until 2026-12-31 at the latest. Working hours are planned together with the nearest manager based on business needs and individual conditions. The work can be scheduled either as one full day per week (approx. 8 hours) or two half-days per week. There is also the possibility of remote work when the business allows.
