About the position

The role primarily involves driving, developing, and strengthening the administration's work with information security, data protection, and cybersecurity. You will work across our six business areas: Meals, Waste, Water and Sewage, Parks and Streets, Vehicles, and Gas. In this role, you will work closely with our management team and department heads to drive the work forward.

Examples of tasks:

• Work with systematic information security efforts within the administration.
• Coordinate the administration's work related to personal data processing and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Provide qualified support in cybersecurity efforts.
• Lead and coordinate assignments and projects based on the administration's needs.

About the workplace

The Staben unit within the Technical and Service Administration is a competent resource that inspires and supports the administration's operations in developing, streamlining, and quality-assuring their work. Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you need to have a good ability to independently plan and organize your work. You must be able to absorb new knowledge, take initiative, and take responsibility for your tasks. Since you meet many different people in the organization, it is important that you can build relationships and collaborate well with others, and that you communicate in a trustworthy manner both verbally and in writing.

The work also requires that you have a clear holistic view and act based on the best interests of the entire organization. It is also valuable if you are flexible and can adapt when meeting different issues and contact points. Furthermore, good computer skills are required.

Requirements:

• Relevant university education with a legal focus of at least 180 credits or equivalent competence/experience as assessed by the employer.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
