Consulting Manager "Onsite" – Build Our Local Operations

Konsultia specializes in staffing and recruitment within industry, technology, and logistics. We hold a strong market position in Northern Sweden and are now expanding our journey to the rest of the country. Our local offices stretch from Gällivare to Helsingborg, and we are now opening up in Lindesberg.

About the Role

You will join us at an early stage and play a key role in establishing and developing our local operations. Initially, the focus will be on working onsite with one of our major clients, where you will be responsible for building and developing the business on-site.

The role requires self-motivation, resilience, and operational work where you will:

• Build customer relationships and develop the local business
• Recruit and follow up on consultants and assignments

You will work independently during the startup phase, while having support from colleagues in nearby locations and central support functions. As the business grows, the role will evolve, offering excellent opportunities for personal development.

We are looking for someone who

• Is customer-focused, business-driven, and accustomed to taking initiative
• Has experience in sales, business development, or relationship-building roles
• Leads by example and contributes with high engagement

Other Details

The employment is permanent with a six-month probation period. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
