Your Role

As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will support Ground Combat's operations in matters concerning risk management and compliance. The key to success is being proactive and driving force, using your expertise to support the business in these areas. As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will have several different points of contact within the company. You will become part of a team under Business Support that supports the business unit Ground Combat.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Support, develop, and drive work related to risk & compliance at Ground Combat.
• Analyze, plan, and document various risk activities and support the development of ways of working that eliminate or mitigate risks.
• Drive work within both risk management in programs or projects, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and/or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
• Provide expert support on matters concerning requirements and regulatory compliance, for example related to information security, laws and regulations, as well as customer-specific requirements.
• Participate in, and conduct, various audits.
• Coordinate various projects or working groups and act as the business's representative in various forums within the risk & compliance area.
• Conduct training/workshops within risk & compliance.

We would also like you to have the following skills:

• University degree, preferably with experience from manufacturing operations in regulated industries.
• Experience in risk management, requirements management and follow-up, quality assurance, compliance matters, or a related area.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and governing documentation.
• Experience in leading and/or participating in activities and/or projects.
• Experience in leading workshops and training sessions.
• Very good ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
• Ability to work and drive issues independently.
• Additional merit with work on policies, processes, controls, and audits.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
