We are looking for you who want to become part of our dedicated team at Örebro's largest primary healthcare centre. Olaus Petri Primary Healthcare Centre is centrally located in Örebro and has approximately 21,500 registered patients. The catchment area includes both villa areas, multi-family houses, and rural areas, which contributes to a varied and developing workday for all professional groups. Here, a competent and experienced team of Medical Care Administrators works. We are now looking for another colleague for a fixed-term position due to one of our MCAs going on parental leave. We have a strong commitment to our work and are actively driving the continued development of the primary healthcare centre.
Fixed-term position 100% until 2027-02-28. Possibility of extension until 2027-12-31.
Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Care Administrator here, you will have a central and important role in a business where your skills truly make a difference. We offer a varied and developing job in a positive and collaborative work group, where you contribute to creating a smooth and patient-safe care. Your duties include, among other things:
- Medical documentation and writing in the patient record system (Cosmic)
- Patient administration with a focus on quality and accessibility
- Handling of referrals and mail, as well as work in our e-services via 1177
- Introduction and supervision of new colleagues and students
- Daily handling of dictation, with the possibility of some remote work
- Reception duties may occur
Qualifications
Education as a Medical Care Administrator or equivalent. Good computer skills are necessary as the work takes place in a computerized environment. We are looking for you who have good cooperation skills, initiative and responsibility, as well as flexibility and ease in creating good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development of the business is seen as a natural part of the work. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
