We are now looking for an engaged person for the role of SQA for an exciting assignment with our client. Here you will have the opportunity to work both operationally and developmentally with quality issues in an organization where structure, improvement work, and collaboration are in focus.

In this role, you work to ensure and develop quality processes related to suppliers and internal flows. You become an important part of the quality work and actively contribute to creating efficient, robust, and sustainable ways of working.

The work involves among other things:

• Follow up and secure quality in the supplier chain
• Work with deviations, root cause analyses, and improvement measures
• Ensure that processes are followed and identify improvement potential
• Participate in and drive improvement initiatives related to quality and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external parties

You will work structured based on established processes and routines, while being encouraged to take a proactive approach. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement and contributing ideas on how working methods and processes can be further developed.

The assignment is initially for 12 months with good prospects for extension.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you have:

• Some form of experience in quality work
• A strong process mindset and a structured way of working
• Ability to analyze problems and find sustainable solutions
• Courage to question and suggest improvements where there is potential for development
• A relevant educational background, for example as an engineer
• A few years of experience working in relevant areas

We are open to different levels of experience – you do not need to have worked as an SQA previously. The most important thing is your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to develop within quality and process work.
